Be-street.com accepts the following credit cards : Visa, Master Card, American Express,
and Discover.

Sales tax is charged only to France residents where Be-street.com has a physical
presence. France retail sales tax is 19.6% on all orders.
Item availability ? (top)
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site,
occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock
on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be
reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.
How can I modify my order ? (top)
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications
to the order including cancellations.

Sorry but we currently offer no gift wrapping service at this time.

What is your return/exchange policy ? (top)
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for
domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Returned items must HAVE NOT
BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Damages to or omission
of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Please complete the return/exchange
portion of your invoice and include it with your package.

How do I return an item ? (top)
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the completed return/exchange
form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured
service to the address below. (We cannot accept responsibility for packages that

When will my credit card be refunded ? (top)
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form
of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction
has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional
days to process and post this transaction to your account.
What is your shipping policy ? (top)
Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed
within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders
placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes
Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for
all orders.
Domestic shipping methods and costs ? (top)
U.S.A orders are shipped using USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) or Priority mail (2-3
days) .Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and
destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart
and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on
the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking
number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We currently do not ship
to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
International shipping methods and costs ? (top)
International orders are shipped USPS Express mail International (3-5 days) or Priority
mail International ( 5-12 days). Cost is based on delivery service, price, insurance
and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected
items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling
costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a
USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We do not
cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore
we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for
further information.
